By purchasing from Dog Lady Dens & Designs, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the legally binding contract of all the terms set forth in our "Terms of Use".

HANDMADE DISCLAIMER:

All orders are rustic handmade items constructed from southern knotty pine and will contain visible variations to include knots, grains, or rustic imperfections that make each den order unique. All orders are finished with a matte waterproof/scratch resistant topcoat to help protect your den against accidents and scratches.

 

SHIPPING/DELIVERY:

Estimated lead time for custom orders is currently 3-6 weeks or 1-2 weeks for rush priority service. Please note, while we strive to be as accurate as possible with estimated lead times it's important to note that these lead times are just that—estimates. Please be aware that unforeseen delays can occur due to factors such as production schedules, supply chain issues, adverse weather conditions, or shipping logistics. Please rest assured that, we never compromise on quality and will never rush a custom order. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to assist you every step of the way. Upon the completion of your order, we will send you a final update that includes all the necessary delivery information.  All orders are shipped fully assembled (with the exception of any furniture feet) and include free caster wheels for delivery service. Plan to have at least one person home to help you as most orders are very heavy.

ALL ORDERS FINAL SALE:

All orders and deposits are final sale. We have a strict no-return policy and reserve the right to replace or restore orders if necessary. Please contact us if you believe you have received a defective/damaged item to discuss the best course of action to correct your order.
